For far too long affordable housing has the elephant in the room at every tier of government across many countries with no real grasp of reality.

The problem won’t go away, in fact it’s getting worse, we read, we see, we experience the problem daily and it’s not going away. Rent increases, poor housing stock, unscrupulous landlords, no fault evictions, it’s a nightmare and how on earth can anyone feel secure with that noose hanging over your head!

We want to play our part to help provide a solution to address this growing crisis faced by many nations, affecting cities, towns but most importantly lives.

How? Simple… we have designed a solution to repurpose existing buildings by converting them from what was, to be smart affordable sustainable housing. Then at a later date when economic cycles permit, the property can be converted back to its original use.

This journey hasn’t been easy, resistance, obstacles, bureaucratic challenges have not stopped us because we have the vision amd every single challenge has been addressed!

Now we are clear in our vision to deliver and scale!
We’re not going to give away how, that’s our intellectual property, but we know that municipalities from Rome to Dublin, Stockholm to Prague all have the same challenges and we can address them.

Let’s give them security, peace of mind.. and you know what their problems reduce and having a stable base gives residents time to think, plan, take stock, reevaluate and Haauuss aims to ensure this happens in every town and city, every village and suburb let’s create a housing revolution!

In the past, the shop keeper typically lived above the shop, we are changing the approach to the retail shop market. Why live above the shop when you can live ‘within’ the shop.

Our rational is this: Shopping on-line combined with exorbitant rents and municipalities sat on their hands has decimated towns and no matter what happens ‘retail sales and services’ will once again flourish.

Our answer is to work with prospective retailers, identify their space requirements and with tenacity work with key stakeholders enabling the retailer, typically a start up, to move from the spare bedroom or mom and dad’s kitchen table to their own shop, one rent, flexible accommodation, meets local requirements, bringing a skill, a craft, a service back into a high street position.

Once the budding retailer grows, they’ll expand, reducing the accommodation size, however, by then the retailer should be profitable and they may require a store manager who could live in the shop.

It’s a change, it takes the problem face on and delivers the best of both and a catalyst for a new range of high street services and products, it may just revive many towns fortunes.

Educational establishments are always looking for additional space and at the same time having issues with existing infrastructure. 

We have a very simple solution which is a modular approach in order to deliver clean smart, sustainable and presentable classrooms that can be easily assembled and delivered for schools colleges or educational establishments.
